A 76-year-old female presents with a deep punched out lesion on the lateral aspect of her right ankle

A 76-year-old female presents with a deep punched out lesion on the lateral aspect of her right ankle. Her feet are bilaterally pale and cool, with impalpable foot pulses. She has a non-dermatomal loss of sensation up to the mid forefoot and small lesion is present on the plantar aspect of the first metatarsal head.
