An 83-year-old male was seen in clinic with ongoing anginal symptoms
An 83-year-old male was seen in clinic with ongoing anginal symptoms. He currently uses a glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) spray which helps but the frequency of his chest pain attacks has increased. He is currently taking a beta-blocker, but he has had several admissions to hospital recently with falls which have been attributed to postural hypotension. He is switched to a medication that should have less impact on his blood pressure.
