You are called to see a 41-year-old male that has become increasingly drowsy, and is now unresponsive. Earlier on in the evening he had been involved in a bar fight in which he had sustained a blow to the side of his head. At the time he had lost consciousness but on arrival at A&E he was alert and orientated.
