A 17 year old male presents to the GP with multiple round, soft brown-coloured skin nodules. They have developed over the past 3 years and have been growing in number and size. He also has numerous brown-coloured patches on his skin that he states have been there from birth but are also growing in size and number. What is the most likely diagnosis?
