A 22-year-old woman attends A&E following a collapse

A 22-year-old woman attends A&E following a collapse. She describes standing at a bus stop, when she began to feel clammy and lightheaded, before losing consciousness and falling to the ground. Bystanders saw she was unconscious for around 30 seconds, and noticed that her arms were shaking whilst she was unconscious, and for a short period after. She feels fine now, although slightly nauseous.
