A 25-year-old woman who is 32 weeks pregnant presents to A+E with contractions

A 25-year-old woman who is 32 weeks pregnant presents to A+E with contractions. They are 2 in 10 minutes, with no vaginal bleeding or pain present. She feels well in herself.

On examination she is generally well. There is no liquor or blood in the vaginal canal and the cervix appears closed. A cardiotocogram is performed which shows a heart rate of 120 bpm with no decelerations. What is the most likely diagnosis?
