A 32 year old man presents to his GP concerned by some lumps in his groin area

A 32 year old man presents to his GP concerned by some lumps in his groin area. He says he has lost around 2 stone in weight in the last 3 months and has been very sweaty at night, despite the cool weather. He has generally been feeling quite fatigued over the last 3-6 months, but he wonders if this is because he has had to look after his niece and nephew a lot recently. On examination he has prominent lymph nodes in his groin region and also some palpable glands in his left axilla. A full blood count shows he is anaemic.
