A 38-year-old female with a microprolactinoma has been on Bromocriptine for 10 months now

A 38-year-old female with a microprolactinoma has been on Bromocriptine for 10 months now, however, there has been no significant reduction in her prolactin levels. Her prolactin levels are still around 3000 mU/L. (range: <390 mU/L). Her specialist endocrinologist is considering other treatment options for her.
