A 39-year-old female presents to her GP with a lump in her right breast

A 39-year-old female presents to her GP with a lump in her right breast. This is her fourth presentation regarding this, and she has previously been referred to the breast clinic, where the lump was identified as breast fat necrosis on ultrasound. However, she reports that the lump is now more painful, despite taking ibuprofen, and is getting bigger. She has no past medical or family history. On examination, there is a firm mass in the right breast, which appears slightly larger in size compared to before.
