A 41-year-old female presents to her GP with a breast lump. This is in the left breast and is painless. Her past medical history includes asthma, for which she takes inhalers. She has recently had a reduction mammaplasty performed due to significant pain and limitation of daily activity. There is no family history. On examination, there is a firm, round mass in the left breast.
