A 50 year-old-man presents with an increasingly stiff and painful hip that is stopping him from getting out and about, and sometimes the pain radiates to his buttocks. He doesn’t have stiffness that lasts for more than 30 minutes in the morning. He rates the pain a severity of 10/10 on a bad day and walks with a severe limp.
