A 52-year-old female patient presented to her GP with lower back pain for the past 2 months. She has a medical history of uncontrolled hypertension for which she is prescribed triple antihypertensive treatment. Her blood pressure on examination in clinic was 170/105 mmHg and blood was seen on her urine dipstick. She was referred to hospital where her ultrasound showed dilated left sided renal pelvis and the aorta was thickened on CT and was surrounded by soft tissue. What would be your immediate management?
