A 54-year-old man presents to the GP complaining of itchy, circular lesions on his calf

A 54-year-old man presents to the GP complaining of itchy, circular lesions on his calf. It is a cluster of small bumps on an inflamed circular area of skin with crusting over the top. In the middle of the lesion, normal skin can be identified. He explains that a couple of weeks ago he had an insect bite on his leg and now it has changed into the itchy lesion.
