A 65-year-old lady presents with two days of itchy rashes over the side of her left-hand’s fingers and finger webs. The rashes have now spread to the flexor aspect of her wrists and the base of thumbs bilaterally. The patient complains that the itchiness is notably worse at night. Her past medical history includes Crohn’s disease for which she is taking azathioprine regularly. What is the most likely diagnosis?
