A 66-year-old lady presents with an ovarian mass found incidentally during her previous admission for acute cholecystitis. A pelvic ultrasound identified an 8cm ovarian mass with solid components and increased vascularity. CA-125 level was measured to be 50 U/mL (normal range: 0-46 U/mL).
