A 70-year-old woman presents to her GP with a 4-month history of ‘problems down there’. She describes feeling a lump emerging from her vagina that she feels when wiping after urination. It is not painful, and not associated with any vaginal bleeding. She is currently in her menopause and takes no medication to aid her menopause. She is a previous smoker and she stopped when she developed COPD, which she manages well with inhalers.
On further questioning, she has no problems with bowel frequency, but does report urinary frequency, stress incontinence, and dyspareunia. From this history, what is the most likely diagnosis?
