A 73-year-old patient comes in for a medication review at his GP. His current medications are:

• Allopurinol 100mg
• Atorvastatin 20mg
• Amlodipine 5mg
• Candesartan 8mg
• Omeprazole 20mg

He says he is feeling well, but finds his legs to be aching more, which has meant he sometimes struggles to walk to the shops without a rest. This is not accompanied by shortness of breath or fatigue.
