A 78 year old woman presents to her GP with a 3 week history of vulval pruritus

A 78 year old woman presents to her GP with a 3 week history of vulval pruritus. She confirms that there is no associated pain but notes a small labial lump. She has a past medical history of type 1 diabetes mellitus and breast cancer. On examination, a 1cm x 1cm wart like lesion is noted with excoriations on her right labia majora.
