A mother brings her 10-year-old twin daughters to A&E, as they have been having bloody diarrhoea. They returned home from a residential school trip to Norfolk, yesterday, and began feeling unwell this morning. They have both been complaining of nausea and abdominal pain, but have not yet been vomiting. The mother is particularly concerned, as she knows several of their other classmates have also been unwell.
