A 22-year-old woman presents to her GP with intermittent coryzal symptoms of a cough, runny nose and itchy eyes over the past 2 months. She explains that she only experiences these symptoms in the spring/summer but only decided to get help for it now as the symptoms had become so bad. She mentions to you that she is currently studying for exams and does not want a medication with side effects that could affect her studying.
