A 25 year old female is 29 weeks pregnant and attends an appointment at the antenatal clinic.

A 25 year old female is 29 weeks pregnant and attends an appointment at the antenatal clinic. She reports feeling well and normal foetal movements. She was started on oral Labetalol at her last clinic appointment due to hypertension and is currently taking 200mg twice daily. Her observations are as follows: HR 90bpm, BP 156/105, O2 saturations 98% on air, RR 18 and temperature 36.7 degrees celsius. Her previous blood pressure readings are:
