A 34-year-old lady, with a twenty-year history of a mild seasonal allergic rhinitis presents with aggravated symptoms that have been disturbing her sleep and daily activities for the past two months. She usually takes loratadine for her symptoms but it has given her little to no relief lately. She would like to try a topical form of the medication she currently takes, as she is most bothered by her nasal symptoms. Please prescribe the most appropriate drug for her.
