A 35-year-old patient presents to the ED with a new painful rash. On examination, there are multiple target lesions, and overall the rash affects < 10% of the body surface with some evidence of mucosal ulceration found in the oral cavity and conjunctiva. She has a background of epilepsy, and says she has recently been started on a new medication.
