A 70 year old female with metastatic lung cancer is placed on end-of-life care.

A 70 year old female with metastatic lung cancer is placed on end-of-life care. She is suffering with severe back pain which is not improving with her current oral analgesia, Morphine Sulfate. A subcutaneous infusion of 7.5mg/24hrs Oxycodone is initiated instead.

What volume of Oxycodone 10mg/1ml solution is required over 24hrs?
