A 34-year-old female has attended the hypertension clinic as she has persistent hypertension. She has been trialled on ramipril and indapamide without affecting her blood pressure. She has a good radial pulse, but her dorsalis pedis and popliteal pulses are difficult to palpate. She also has an ejection systolic murmur, the loudest at her aortic region on examination. She was also noted to have a webbed neck and is short for her age.
Which of the following genetic tests would be helpful to diagnose her condition?
